From Tulum International Airport (TQO)

Exit TQO and take the connecting road north to join Hwy 307 North toward Tulum town (~20 km / 12 mi).

Continue on Hwy 307 for roughly 20–25 minutes into the town outskirts.

Watch for potholes and road roughness as you move through developing areas.

As you approach Tulum, look for a turn-off onto Region 11 / Carretera Tulum–Boca Paila (adjacent to Jaguar Park). 

Follow the access road into the Samsara development—Phase 1 will be the first set of completed buildings after you pass the Wyndham property.

From Cancún International Airport (CUN)

Exit CUN and head onto Federal Highway 307 South toward Playa del Carmen.

Continue on Hwy 307 for approximately 125 km (78 mi)—about 1 h 30 min to 1 h 45 min, depending on traffic.

Pass Playa del Carmen and continue south. Watch for topes, potholes, and occasional police checkpoints—common along this route.

As you approach Tulum, look for a turn-off onto Region 11 / Carretera Tulum–Boca Paila (adjacent to Jaguar Park).

Follow the access road into the Samsara development—Phase 1 will be the first set of completed buildings after you pass the Wyndham property.
